Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in SAP S/4HANA and Point of Sale (POS) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing master data, supporting system operations, reconciling stock data, and providing Level 1 technical support across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

Master Data Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of master data within SAP S/4HANA and Point of Sale (POS) systems, including creation, updates, modifications, and retirement of data records.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all master data objects (e.g., materials, customers, vendors, pricing) in both S/4HANA and POS systems.
  • perform data quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain a healthy master data landscape.
  • Collaborate with various business departments to gather requirements for new master data, ensuring proper data governance and adherence to established standards.

System Operations & Reconciliation:

  • Possess strong knowledge and practical experience in stock reconciliation processes, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures between physical stock and system records.
  • Understand and support sales and distribution processes within SAP, including order processing, deliveries, and billing.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration points between the Point of Sale (POS) system and various SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI), ensuring seamless data flow and process execution.
  • Investigate and resolve data synchronization issues between POS and SAP systems.

Technical Support & Vendor Coordination:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to different business departments for issues related to SAP S/4HANA and Point of Sale systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve common user issues, providing clear and concise instructions or escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for SAP and Point of Sale system vendors, coordinating support activities, tracking issue resolution, and ensuring timely implementation of solutions or patches.
  • Document support issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role handling SAP S/4HANA and POS systems.
  • Strong understanding of master data concepts, stock reconciliation, and sales & distribution workflows.
  • Proficiency in handling SAP integration points and resolving system sync issues. Experience in providing first-level IT support and working with external vendors.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Bachelor's degree in IT, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
