Owns the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution design, configuration, testing, and data validation for Source To Pay (Procurement direct and indirect). Balances strategic design authority with hands-on delivery, working closely with the System Integrator to ensure a robust, compliant, and scalable solution that aligns to SAP best practices, client clean core principles, and AI/data strategy. Experience on Ariba and how Ariba integrates with S4 is must. Strong Business process experience in the area of source to Pay is critical.
• Define and own solution architecture and configuration for the assigned functional area.
• Lead and perform fit-to-standard workshops, configuration, testing, and build activities.
• Govern and review SI deliverables (config, RICEFs, testing, documentation).
• Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, and readiness.
• Ensure adherence to SAP standards, clean core policy, and client governance.
• Collaborate with BPOs, IT, and SI to validate business requirements and design outcomes.
• Support testing, cutover, and post-go-live readiness with the SI.
