About The Role

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

5–6 years of SAP experience

end-to-end Employee Central projects

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in at least 2 end-to-end Employee Central implementations/support projects.
• Design, configure, and maintain Employee Central modules including:
• Data Models, Foundation Objects, Position Management
• Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Time Off, Reports, OData APIs
• Map client requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD) or Business Process Design.
• Lead or contribute to rollout projects, including data migration planning, risk identification, and issue management.
• Manage client escalations and expectations with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for configuration, integration, and testing.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years of SAP experience with Employee Central in implementation, support, or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central data structures, workflows, MDF objects, RBP, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with rollout projects, data migration, and functional documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client handling skills.
• HR domain experience preferred; SAP HR experience is a plus.
