Job Description

Recruitment Management (RCM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support

    RCM

    and

    RMK

    modules, including job requisitions, workflows, and career sites.
  • Maintain system accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with integration between RCM/RMK and other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to implement solutions.
  • Use RMK tools to improve employer branding and job distribution.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience

    in SAP SuccessFactors

    RCM

    and RMK.
  • Minimum 1-2 end-to-end implementation projects

    in RCM and RMK (mandatory).
  • Strong configuration skills (job requisitions, templates, career site builder).
  • Basic integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • SAP Certification in RCM/RMK/CSB (preferred)
