Sap Quality Management Consultant_EWM

Job Summary:

SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with hands-on experience in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP QM solutions integrated with EWM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to quality inspection, notifications, batch management, and warehouse activities.
• Design and implement quality management processes including in-process inspection, final inspection, vendor audits, quality certificates, etc.
• Configure EWM for integration with QM including inspection lot processing, putaway, removal strategies, and goods movements.
• Work on integration with SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD.
• Provide guidance on best practices for QM processes like audit management, calibration, results recording, and usage decisions.
• Support data migration, master data setup, and interface with third-party systems if applicable.
• Develop functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements.
• Deliver documentation, training, and post-go-live support to users.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in SAP, with at least

  6+ years in SAP QM

  and

  3+ years in SAP EWM

• Strong experience in

  end-to-end SAP QM implementations

  and

  EWM integration

  .
• Deep understanding of

  quality inspection processes

• Experience with

  EWM inbound/outbound processes

  RF transactions

• Good understanding of

  .
• Experience with

  S/4HANA

  is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
