Job Summary:

SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP PP module to align with business requirements.
• Support business process mapping and improvement initiatives in production planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, WM, and QM to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide expertise in MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and production execution.
• Drive process automation and optimization using SAP best practices.
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting of SAP PP-related issues.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to business users.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all SAP implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of

  5 years

  of experience in SAP PP implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of

  Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Shop Floor Control

  .
• Experience with

  integration of SAP PP with MM, SD, WM, and QM modules

  .
• Expertise in handling

  make-to-order (MTO) and make-to-stock (MTS) processes

  .
• Good understanding of

  discrete manufacturing and process manufacturing

  .
• Experience in SAP

  S/4HANA

  environment is a mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

SAP PP certification is an added advantage
