SAP PMGM+Succession+CDP

Role Overview: You should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules. Your role will involve handling a minimum of 12 end-to-end implementations in PMGM, Succession, and/or CDP. It is essential to showcase strong proficiency in configuring form templates, workflows, route maps, calibration, permissions (RBP), and MDF objects. Additionally, you will need experience with integration frameworks such as Integration Center, middleware, and APIs to connect with EC, Learning, and Compensation modules. Expertise in reporting technologies like Ad Hoc, Advanced Reporting, People Analytics / Story Reports is crucial. You will be expected to conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and coordinate deployments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills are required for this role. You should be comfortable delivering in client-facing environments, running workshops, and leading requirements gathering sessions.
