You have a minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a proven track record of working on three or more implementations and at least one support project. Holding a valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory for this role. Your expertise lies in the implementation of modules such as Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding. You have experience in assisting clients with selection, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. As a subject matter expert, you are well-versed in role-based permissions, Business Rules, imports, Workflows, MDF objects, Data models, and Document generation within the SuccessFactors system. Knowledge or experience in Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession and Development Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, Reporting modules is preferred. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and designing solutions within the SuccessFactors system. You will create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure timely project delivery. Providing guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices is essential. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training materials to end-users and have a good understanding of SuccessFactors/S4HANA/SAP HCM products to aid in workshops and architect solutions. Experience or knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors, familiarity with SAP implementation methodology stages, and a good understanding of various HR and Talent management processes will be beneficial for this role. You will be involved in customer interactions to define and finalize HR processes for projects. Conducting workshops with key users/end users, preparing Configuration Workbooks, Testing, user training, and translating customer business rules to technical requirements are key aspects of this role. Documentation skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with global customers are essential. Desirable skills include a good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architecture, strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
