Job Summary:

As a PAPM Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SAP PaPM modules, supporting profitability and cost modeling, and driving ongoing system optimization. You’ll work closely with finance stakeholders, participate in daily stand-ups, and provide hands-on support for both production and project needs. Strong technical skills in PaPM configuration, issue resolution, and data integration are essential.

Must Haves:

3+ years of SAP PAPM experience

Technical ability to configure, triage, and provide maintenance support for PAPM modules

Day to Day:

Daily system checks & stand-ups: Monitor SAP PaPM jobs, review overnight runs, and align with stakeholders on priorities.
Config & troubleshooting: Configure allocation models, triage production issues, optimize performance, and maintain ETL/data flows.
Analytics & reporting: Build and refine profitability/cost models, create dashboards, and support finance teams with insights.
Collaboration & testing: Gather requirements, present designs, run unit/integration/user-acceptance tests, debug as needed.
Documentation & training: Maintain technical docs, conduct user training, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Ongoing support & improvement: Provide break-fix support, suggest enhancements, and ensure SLAs—especially during go-lives.
