Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP Operator to manage day-to-day SAP entries, inventory updates, billing, GRN posting, and transaction accuracy. The candidate will support warehouse/accounts operations through timely data entry, report generation, and system coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Create & update SAP entries (GRN, Goods Issue, Sales Order, Billing, Stock Transfer).
Maintain accurate inventory records and daily stock posting.
Coordinate with store, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely updates.
Generate MIS reports (stock, material movement, consumption, vendor report).
Ensure zero-error data entry and timely posting of all SAP transactions.
Support audits with system reports, stock summary & reconciliation.
Maintain document files related to SAP postings and approvals.

Skills & Requirements

Any Degree / Diploma
0.6 –3 years of experience in SAP (MM / SD / WM Modules preferred)
Strong typing, accuracy & attention to detail
Knowledge of inventory/warehouse processes
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, reports)
Good communication & coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
