Sap Mm Purchase Executive

Must Have Skills:
1. 8+ years of experience in SAP MM & Purchasing Module required2. Should have experience working in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects3. Strong functional knowledge on the SAP ERP MM, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required4. Experience supporting SAP ECC systems, trouble shooting, configuring, enhancing functionalities5. Strong production support experience on SAP ECC System, to ensure critical response on Priority incidents6. Working experience on scheduling agreements in SAP MM- Purchasing component7. Knowledge of principle MM processes (MRP, purchase and transition orders processing, stock-taking, inventory management)8. Knowledge of LE processes (outbound deliveries processing, upload/download IDOC material flows from external systems, transportation planning, freight costs calculation)9. Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM,QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD and FI10. Should be able to write functional specs and work with technical team on enhancements, user exits11. Will be required to prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training12. Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration13. Should have experience preparing data migration templates14. Should have experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.15. Should have good experience in working with global teams16. Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements17. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies18. Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design2. Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP MM and purchasing space3. Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients4. Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP5. Provide ongoing support to existing ECC and S/4HANA systems, including: Troubleshooting issues, Providing guidance on best practices, Implementing fixes and enhancements6. Configures ECC and S/4HANA syste,ms settings and options, plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing, and creates systems specifications.7. Design and implement core functionalities of SAP MM including screen controls8. Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management to enhance the clients business functionality and performance9. Configure the SAP system in the areas of MM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions
