Engage in technology-agnostic business process discussions with senior client leadership across multiple functions, including Finance & Cost Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales.

Solution Architecture Leadership:

Lead transformation initiatives by understanding client challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and aligning SAP capabilities to business needs.

Collaborate with proposal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client challenges while differentiating offerings with Accenture s assets.

Take an end-to-end ownership of solutioning, orchestrating responses across subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams.

Project Delivery:

Lead design workshops, gather requirements, conduct solution design, and perform gap analysis in one or multiple S/4HANA functional areas.

Oversee SAP S/4HANA implementations from blueprinting to go-live, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders while mitigating project risks, optimizing planning, and maintaining budget control.

Support pre-sales activities, business assessments, and roadmaps for clients, advising on SAP S/4HANA-led transformations.

Networking and Business Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

Identify opportunities for expanding engagements by proactively addressing client pain points with innovative solutions.

Lead pursuits related to SAP S/4HANA opportunities by assembling expert teams and responding to RFPs and RFIs.

Thought Leadership & Asset Development:

Develop industry-leading insights, articles, and thought leadership on SAP-driven innovation and transformation.

Design and build assets that enhance capabilities and drive additional business opportunities within S/4HANA.

Qualifications & Skills:

Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, implementation, and consulting.

Strong expertise in industry-specific business processes and cross-functional integration.

Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP transformations, engage with senior stakeholders, and manage end-to-end project delivery.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
