Job Title: SAP IS-Oil RFNO Consultant Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Chennai, Kolkata Job Type: Full-time/Contract Experience Level: 6+ Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-Oil RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operations) Consultant with 5 to 8 years of hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions tailored to fuel retail networks. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of the IS-Oil RFNO module and strong experience in managing retail operations processes within SAP for the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Implementation: Design and configure SAP IS-Oil RFNO solutions to meet business requirements related to retail fuel operations. Customize functionalities for service stations, card management, pricing, and retail transactions. Retail Fuel Network Operations Support: Provide expert support and guidance on retail site operations, network management, and SAP integration with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Troubleshoot issues related to site management, reconciliation, and card transaction processing. System Integration: Ensure smooth data exchange between SAP RFNO and third-party applications including POS, card systems, and external pricing engines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RFNO with SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules. Process Optimization & Compliance: Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and compliance across retail fuel operations. Ensure solutions are aligned with legal, safety, and environmental standards specific to the downstream oil & gas sector. Documentation & Training: Develop functional documentation, system specifications, and training materials. Deliver user training and post-go-live support for business users and key stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-Oil RFNO module implementation and support. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of downstream oil and gas processes, specifically fuel retail operations, station management, and fleet card programs. Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with SAP RFNO architecture, integration points, and configuration. Exposure to SAP SD/MM and experience working with POS integration. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA in an IS-Oil environment. Understanding of global fuel retail standards and card/payment ecosystems.
