Oracle EPM ARCS Functional Consultant

Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Job type: Contract / Freelance Shift Timings: 11am to 8pm Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM ARCS, with a focus on Transaction Matching functionality. Collaborate with business users to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs). Design and implement integrations between Oracle EPM and source/target systems using tools such as Data Management, EPM Integration Agent, or REST APIs. Participate in solution design, testing, user training, and deployment phases of the project lifecycle. Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of EPM modules. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through reconciliation and validation processes. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure solution alignment with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, with at least 3+ years focused on ARCS Transaction Matching. Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EPM suite, especially Account Reconciliation, Data Management, and Integration techniques. Proficiency in documenting Functional and Technical Design Documents. Experience with integration tools such as EPM Automate, FDMEE, REST APIs, and flat file integrations.
