Role Overview: As a Consultant at Wipro Technologies, you will be responsible for gathering detailed business requirements and performing thorough gap analysis to tailor system configurations adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards specific to Canada or Australia. You will create and deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions customized to client needs, collaborating with development and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation, act as a mentor to junior consultants, and travel periodically to client locations to support on-site activities. Key Responsibilities: - Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analysis to tailor system configurations - Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions - Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues - Maintain comprehensive documentation including status reports, time tracking, and project deliverables - Act as a mentor to junior consultants and provide guidance and feedback - Travel periodically to client locations to support on-site activities - Promote a culture of learning agility, problem-solving, and execution excellence within project teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; equivalent professional experience may also be considered - Experience collaborating with multinational clients and working within cross-cultural, multinational project teams - Strong track record of effectively managing multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail and adherence to project timelines Additional Information: This role operates within a professional office or remote work setting, leveraging digital collaboration tools for connectivity and productivity. Periodic travel to client sites in Canada or Australia will be required. The day-to-day use of standard office equipment is necessary.
