Job Description

We are Hiring for SAP HCM Consultant for Pune location.

Location - Pune

Years of experience - 4-8 Years

Skills - SAP HCM, ABAP, HR modules , SuccessFactors.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP HCM ABAP solutions for various business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop complex reports using ABAP programming language to meet client needs.
Troubleshoot issues related to employee central, success factors, and other HR modules in SAP HCM.
Provide technical guidance on SAP HCM implementation projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-7 years of experience in SAP HCM ABAP development with a focus on HR/Payroll processes.
Strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) module in SAP HCM.
Proficiency in developing complex reports using ABAP programming language.
Experience working on SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM is an added advantage.
