• Provide first-level support for SAP B1 (HANA) users across all modules (Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Inventory, Production, etc.)
• Log, resolve, and escalate SAP-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with external vendors or SAP partners for escalations.
• Maintain a daily log of support tickets and resolutions.
• Support users in maintaining master data (Item, BP, Fixed Asset, Chart of Accounts, etc.).
• Validate and monitor transactional entries (Purchase Orders, GRN, Invoices, Inventory Transfers, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules.
• Manage user access, roles, and authorizations.
• Support minor system configurations (document numbering, field settings, alerts).
• Coordinate SAP updates, patch applications, and backups with IT/SAP admin.
• Create and modify queries, layouts, and reports using SAP Query Generator and Crystal Reports.
• Support users in generating and analyzing HANA-based dashboards and MIS reports.
• Maintain SOPs, training manuals, and issue-resolution logs.
• Conduct user training and refresher sessions.
• Knowledge of SQL / HANA Studio and Query Writing.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and process compliance.
