SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant

designing, exposing, and validating SAP APIs

• Understand end-to-end processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and support 

  SAP MM modules

   including:
• Material Master
• Custom Master
• Map CRM quotation data to SAP structures (Materials, Customers, Pricing, Taxes, Units, etc.).

• Design, expose, and support 

  REST/OData APIs

   in SAP S/4HANA for CRM integration.
• Assist in 

  API creation, testing, and validation

   for:
• Quotation creation in SAP
• Sales Order / Purchase Document creation (if applicable)
• Master data sync (Material, Customer, Pricing)
• Work closely with CRM developers to:
• Explain SAP table structures
• Provide required data points and validations
• Define payload structures and mandatory fields
• Support 

  real-time or near-real-time integration

   triggered on CRM quotation confirmation.

• Define 

  field-level mapping

   between CRM and SAP (custom fields, tax logic, discounts, freight, etc.).
• Ensure:
• Data consistency
• Error handling
• Re-processing mechanisms
• Support UAT and production deployment for integration flows.

• Collaborate with:
• CRM implementation team
• SAP technical team (ABAP / Integration consultants)
• Business stakeholders
• Prepare:
• API documentation
• Field mapping sheets
• Integration flow diagrams
• Participate in client calls to explain SAP logic and integration dependencies.

• Strong experience in 

  SAP S/4HANA MM

• Hands-on experience with 

  SAP APIs / OData / REST services

• Deep understanding of 

  SAP tables and data structures

• Experience supporting 

  CRM ↔ SAP integrations

• Knowledge of pricing, taxes, units of measure, and validations

• ABAP basics (to coordinate with technical team)
• SAP integration exposure
• Experience integrating SAP

• SAP S/4HANA Certification (MM or Integration)
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries
• Prior experience in quotation-to-order automation projects
