We're Hiring: Manager – SAP FICO / S/4HANA Implementation

Join a leading global shipping organization undergoing a major digital transformation. We're looking for a results-driven SAP FICO expert to lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and drive strategic IT initiatives across the enterprise.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, with deep focus on FICO configuration & integration

Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PM, HCM, PP, and PS

Develop and execute IT strategies involving SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, RPA, and cloud platforms

Oversee implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud and enterprise reporting

Manage custom ERP-integrated applications and energy operations using open-source tech

Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure secure, scalable cloud infrastructure

Align IT initiatives with business strategy through collaboration with leadership

✅ Job Specifications:

✔️ Expertise in SAP FICO configuration and cross-module integration

✔️ Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation (end-to-end)

✔️ Working knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud

✔️ Hands-on with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and deployment

✔️ Experience managing cloud infrastructure & data security compliance

✔️ Strong background in project lifecycle management & team leadership
