SAP Group Reporting Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, configuration, implementation (including testing and data validations) of SAP S/4 Finance for Group Reporting.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for financial consolidation, matrix consolidation, intercompany eliminations, consolidation of investments and reporting.
• Design and implement reclassification/ elimination rules, Consolidation of Investments rules, reporting rules (Cash Flow), maintain master data such as FS Items, Consolidation Units and Group, etc and ownership structure.
• Configure and manage Data Monitor and Consolidation Monitor.
• Integrate Group Reporting with FICO and Central Finance as required.
• Manage data loads via flexible upload and import group journal entries.
• Develop and customize reporting hierarchies (manage global hierarchies) and Fiori based reporting tools.
• Work with stakeholders, controllers and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely consolidation processes.
• Provide training, support and documentation for end users and stakeholders
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

Requirement:

• Should have minimum 7+ years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries in SAP BPC consolidation and sectors with at least 2 end to end implementation in SAP GR Consolidation (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
• Individual would be required to participate in Business workshops, gather business requirements & to be able to propose TO BE Processes as per best practices
• Individual should have very strong Business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions- S4HANA Finance/FICO

Must Have in candidate:

• Deep understanding of financial and management consolidation principles, including intercompany eliminations, minority interest, ownership structures.
• Hands-on experience in designing financial statements and management reports.
• Hand-on experience in all aspect of Group Reporting development and configuration.
• Proficient in SAP Fiori apps related to Group reporting.
• Advance knowledge of Analysis for Office (in Group Reporting context).
• Good to have knowledge of SAP Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR)
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have in candidate:

• Hands on working experience on SAP Group Reporting 2022 along with BPC Consolidation, SAC, ABAP CDS views, S/4Hana finance & FIORI - Apps.

• Graduate / Post-Graduate
• Latest GR - Certification is preferred
