Role: SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant Duration: Contract Location: Remote Work timing: US EST Hours Job Summary: We are seeking a business-savvy, outcome-driven SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant to play a pivotal role in a high-impact finance transformation initiative. This is a hands-on, design-through-delivery role not limited to configuration and requires exceptional collaboration with long-tenured, highly experienced finance professionals . Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops with finance business users to capture requirements and align on solution design. Configure advanced SAP FI, CO, and Group Reporting functionalities in S/4HANA. Leverage S/4HANA Universal Journal for integrated reporting at segment level. Implement intercompany accounting automation and segment reporting. Design solutions using SAP standard capabilities, SAP Build Process Automation (BPA), or ABAP, balancing speed, cost, and value. Ensure compliance with statutory, GAAP, IFRS, and SOX requirements. Explore and integrate AI-driven finance automation (e.g., reconciliations, anomaly detection, predictive reporting). Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record delivering measurable finance transformation outcomes (e.g., reduced close cycles, automated intercompany processes). Deep SAP FI/CO configuration expertise, including Group Reporting. SAP hands-on skills in UJ/ICMR/JE Strong understanding of finance processes and compliance in regulated environments. Excellent communication skills able to explain technical solutions in clear business language. Demonstrated ability to build trust and navigate cultural sensitivities in established finance teams. The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualities: You should have good oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You must be willing to learn and work in flexible timings based on customer location overlap, shift timings, and be open to putting in extra efforts when required. It is preferable to have experience in handling international clients and possessing SAP certification would be an advantage. Additionally, you should have worked independently as an SAP FI & AA consultant on real-life SAP Implementation, Roll-out & Support projects. Knowledge of project management methodology and exposure in S4 HANA Activate methodology would also be beneficial. In terms of job-specific requirements, you should have experience with configuration/implementation of SAP FI & AA module, specifically in areas such as General Ledger, Taxation, Material Ledger, New GL, Group Reporting, ICMR, Cash Management, Assets Accounting, In-house Bank operations, interfacing with banks and reconciliation, and periodic reporting. A strong understanding of Finance Business processes and integration with other upstream and downstream engineering/automotive industries business processes is essential. Proficiency in FI configuration, New G/L functionalities, costing activities, S/4HANA Conversion, and Implementation or Rollout projects is also necessary. Understanding of S/4HANA FI & AA simplifications is a plus. From a technological perspective, you should be well-versed in SAP S/4HANA and exposure to FIORI would be an added advantage. Proficiency in FI & AA configuration (ECC and S/4HANA), designing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows, project management in Activate methodology, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are important skills to possess. Technical Skills : Proficient in SAP S/4HANA with extensive hands-on experience in ICMR configuration and management. Strong understanding of SAP Fiori apps related to ICMR such as Define Matching Methods, Define Reconciliation Cases, and Manage Workflows. Experience with SAP transaction codes related to ICMR, including ICATRM (Transport Matching Methods), ICARC (Activate Reconciliation Close Process), and ICAEM (Define Elimination Methods). Professional Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP financial modules, with at least 4 years focused on ICMR. Proven track record of managing intercompany reconciliation processes in a complex organizational environment. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

JD: SAP GR Manager | Senior Consultant | Consultant Technical Skills: __5___ years of relevant consolidation solution implementation experience on SAP consolidation tools i.e. GR / BPC. Knowledge of S/4HANA Group Reporting / BPC capabilities. Experience and knowledge on consolidation life cycle set up in SAP GR / BPC like masted data set up, data load from Source system to GR / BPC, Reclassifications, Currency Conversion, Inter-company eliminations, Data validations, Consolidation of Investment activities. Understanding of SAP ICMR, GRDC and DM modules will be good add on. Understanding of SAP finance data sets and how it is stored in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, S/4 Central Finance. Extensive experience and knowledge of external reporting requirements, downstream reporting and analytics areas using SAP Bex Queries, Analysis for Office, CDS views, BW Modelling tool etc. Experience and knowledge in Financial Reporting. Experience promoting changes to Production and associated methodology, including writing, and executing test plans.
