SAP Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP SD to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and implementing SAP solutions to streamline sales and distribution processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and growth. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SD for Sales Order Processing (OTC), Delivery, Billing, and Returns Management Design and manage outbound logistics execution processes, including coordination with 3PL integration for shipping and customer returns Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP SD solutions Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with MM (Inventory) to optimize inventory management processes Drive continuous improvement using the SAP Activate Framework and methodologies to enhance solution delivery Monitor and manage Agile project workflows through tools like JIRA and Confluence Provide system support, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure optimal SAP SD module performance Conduct training and workshops for end users to ensure understanding and adoption of SAP SD functionalities Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user manuals Collaborate with technical teams to execute testing, validation, and deployment activities for SAP solutions Develop scalable solutions that align with current and future business needs Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices Requirements Background in Sales Order Processing (OTC), Delivery, Billing, and Returns Management with 5-12 years of relevant experience Expertise in outbound logistics execution and 3PL integration for shipping and customer returns Capability to manage SAP SD module with MM (Inventory) integration to optimize supply chain processes Skills in SAP Activate Framework coupled with proficiency in Agile Methodology using JIRA and Confluence Understanding of system analysis and business process mapping to create responsive solutions Flexibility to use both functional and technical knowledge to resolve SAP-related challenges Familiarity with implementation lifecycles and post-go-live support for SAP SD solutions Nice to have Knowledge of additional SAP modules that complement SAP SD functionality Understanding of data migration tools and strategies for legacy system transitions We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
