Requirements:

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, deploy, enhance and support our global template solution within S/4 FSCM for Bayer’s business processes worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement credit, collection and dispute solutions including integrations that align with business objectives and operational requirements
• Stay updated on SAP FSCM features, integration options, enhancements, and best practices to continuously optimize and improve our S/4 HANA landscape
• Participate in support activities (Incidents, Q&A, Service Requests, Root-cause analysis, bug fixing,...)
• Management of and collaboration with external IT Operations supplier as well as SAP

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP module FSCM
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing FSCM solutions including integration with SAP Sales & Distribution and SAP Treasury & Risk Management
• Knowledge in SAP FI-AR, SAP TRM, SAP Digital Finance, SAP APIs, and integration tools are beneficial
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Previous experience working internationally or within cross-cultural teams is highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
