SAP FICO Consultant

🔍 Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end functional support across
SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO)
modules
Handle
incident management
, root cause analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs
Drive
configuration updates
, enhancements, and
change requests
based on business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and
global stakeholders
to support business continuity
Document processes, create functional specifications, and support testing & deployment
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit requirements

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of hands-on experience in
SAP FICO
in ECC or S/4 HANA environments
Strong functional knowledge in areas like
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting
Proven experience with
configurations, data migration
, and integration testing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across geographies

💼 Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
SAP FICO Certification is a plus
Exposure to
global rollouts or multi-country SAP environments
preferred
