Title: SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA Cloud) Location: Offshore Remote Duration: 6 Months Position Overview: As a SAP S4 HANA FICO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the finance transformation journey. We are seeking an individual with deep expertise in S/4HANA Cloud finance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of performing configuration, providing support, and possessing a strong track record of successful S/4HANA implementation projects/production support in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger,Asset Accounting, Reporting,Treasury and Banking. Responsibilities: Lead and participate in S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects, leveraging your expert knowledge of Group Reporting and S/4HANA functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical and effective solutions within the S/4HANA framework. Perform hands-on configuration and customization of FICO modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Provide production support, addressing and resolving issues promptly to minimize business disruptions. Collaborate closely with onshore team, fostering effective communication and knowledge sharing. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our finance solutions. Good understanding on SAP S4 FICO interfaces, workflows, EDI, Concur etc. Good understanding on compliance reporting. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in SAP FICO consulting, including significant 1 S/4HANA implementation ) exposure to S/4HANA implementations. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing FICO modules to align with business requirements. Track record of successful implementation projects, preferably including migrations to cloud-based environments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Willingness to provide production support and collaborate with offshore teams. Relevant SAP certifications will be an advantage. Ability to adapt to change, embrace new technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement.
