Job Title: SAP Recruiter Location: Hyderabad / Noida Work Hours: 12:00 PM IST to 9:00 PM IST Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4+ Years in SAP Recruitment Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad or Noida . The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of specialized experience in SAP recruitment , with a deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and placing top SAP talent across various modules and roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for SAP roles , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit for SAP positions across various domains (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, etc.). Maintain and update a robust pipeline of qualified SAP professionals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies. Stay updated on SAP technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence to attract top talent. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and reports. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in SAP recruitment with a proven track record of successful placements. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and the SAP ecosystem. Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Excellent sourcing techniques using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), networking, and other digital platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Experience in bulk hiring for SAP roles. Knowledge of global hiring practices and recruitment compliance. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
