Workday Integration (candidate should be ready to go for Hyderabad office 2-3days in a week) Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs. Familiarity with programming languages like XSLT, XTT, XML, and web services (REST, SOAP). Experience with middleware and integration platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus. Relevant Workday certifications will be an advantage.
