Key Responsibilities: - Possess 8+ years of SAP experience, including a minimum of 3+ years specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management - Demonstrated involvement in at least 2 end-to-end implementations within SAP EWM - Proficient in Requirement Gathering/Business Blue Printing in SAP EWM - Expertise in implementing SAP Mobile Technologies like SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design - Strong understanding of SAP ERP modules such as SD/MM/WM - Extensive knowledge in SAP EWM processes including Outbound, Inbound, Internal operations, VAS, Quality Inspections, EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Posting Changes - Experience in creating Master Data such as Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, and Handling Units settings. Proficiency in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM and establishing system integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM - Skilled in implementing Labour Management, Yard Management, and Cross Docking in EWM - Proficient in interface development using RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services - Hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation - Preferred experience in onsite-offshore delivery model and CMMI organization - Certification in SAP EWM would be advantageous Qualifications Required: - Effective communication skills to address queries from external and internal stakeholders - Proven leadership abilities with a people-centric approach to understand and manage employee expectations - Self-motivated and results-oriented to meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in capital markets.
