SAP Enable Now Consultant.

Experience: 8+ years

Work Location: INDIA (REMOTE)

Contract Period: 3 months, extendable

Shift : Saudi Shift - Sun to Thursday (Remote)

Engage as an SAP Enable Now Support Consultant to implement, maintain, and support the Enable Now platform. Work closely with business, training, and SAP functional teams to create effective, user-friendly training content and resolve platform-related issues.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) with

  SAP Enable Now

  as an author, administrator, or consultant
• Hands-on skills in building e-learning content (simulations, guided tours, videos) and configuring the Manager tool
• Strong understanding of SAP functional processes and ability to collaborate with SMEs
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development

• Design and develop interactive training materials (simulations, videos, documentation) using SAP Enable Now
• Customize content to align with specific business processes and system configurations

• Platform Configuration & Support

• Configure and manage user roles, templates, permissions, and platform settings
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents, monitor performance, and provide maintenance

• Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Partner with SMEs, instructional designers, and SAP technical teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Test, review, and refine training content; update based on user feedback and system changes

• User Support & Documentation

• Provide timely support to trainers and end-users; guide them on tool usage and resolve queries
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and templates
