Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Enable Now Consultant to develop high-quality, interactive learning content and performance support materials for SAP end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and hands-on experience using SAP Enable Now to create guided tours, simulations, documentation, and learning content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage content using SAP Enable Now (formerly SAP Workforce Performance Builder). Create context-sensitive help , in-application guidance , and simulations for SAP users. Collaborate with SAP functional/technical consultants to understand the system and workflows. Design, script, and produce interactive learning materials including text, audio, and visuals. Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet training and go-live deadlines. Support user adoption and change management initiatives by delivering engaging enablement materials. Train internal stakeholders on using Enable Now tools and platforms. Ensure quality and consistency of all learning content in line with company standards. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in SAP Enable Now or similar eLearning platforms. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA , Fiori , or other SAP modules. Proven experience in creating: Guided tours Simulations (Demo, Practice, Test modes) Performance Support Documentation & Knowledge Base Familiar with SCORM, HTML5, or LMS systems is a plus.
