Summary

We are seeking an experienced EC Payroll Consultant to manage and optimize our payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running payroll, configuring the Payroll Control Center (PCC), and managing various EC Payroll functionalities. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of SAP payroll, including migration from SAP ERP HCM and integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and Manage Payroll: Run payroll processes, including on-cycle and off-cycle payroll, using the EC Payroll and PCC interfaces.
• Configure and Monitor: Set up and monitor payroll alerts, processes, and a variety of configurations within the Payroll Control Center.
• Access Management: Use role-based permissions to manage user access and data visibility within the EC Payroll system.
• System Integration: Work with integration scenarios, APIs, and mash-ups to ensure seamless data flow between EC Payroll and other platforms.
• Technical Migration: Utilize knowledge of SAP ERP HCM Payroll to assist in the migration to EC Payroll.
• Functional Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of payroll-specific master data, tax configurations, and legal reporting requirements.

• Proven experience as an EC Payroll Consultant or a similar role.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of the Payroll Control Center (PCC), including configuration, alert management, and process setup.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP HCM Payroll and the migration process to EC Payroll.
• Experience with integration technologies and scenarios, particularly those involving APIs and mash-ups.
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll master data, tax regulations, and legal reporting.
• Ability to use payroll simulation and validation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
