Job Description

SAP Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet or exceed expectations.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.
Oversee SAP implementation, upgrades, support, and integration activities.
Facilitate communication across project teams and ensure clear documentation of requirements, progress, and issues.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, generating status reports and dashboards.
Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and compliance standards.
Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and support proposal development.

Preferred Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and migration projects.
Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
Familiarity with SAP Basis, security, and infrastructure components.
Multilingual skills or international project experience.
