Sap Delivery Lead

Role & responsibilities

SAP Delivery Head / Branch head:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex SAP solutions across various modules and landscapes.

• Define SAP implementation roadmaps, integration strategies, and best practices for large-scale projects.

• SAP project management

• SAP support management

• SAP Presale support

• Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Act as a technical leader for SAP implementation projects, guiding teams on architecture and solution design.

• Review and validate solution designs from a technical and functional perspective.

• Provide governance and ensure adherence to architectural standards and methodologies.

• Stakeholder Management & Consulting:

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend SAP solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor, presenting architectural options and their impact on business processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies (S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, Cloud Solutions) and assess their applicability.

• Ensure that team follow all the processes and technology improvements to optimize business operations.

• Identify potential risks in architecture and propose mitigation strategies.

• Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance across the SAP landscape.

• Regular meeting with client to ensure client satisfaction in delivery and services

• Help in generating new business

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, BTP, and integration architecture.

• Experience with system landscapes, upgrades, migrations, and hybrid/cloud environments.

• Leadership Skills:

  Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions.

• Business Acumen:

  Ability to understand business needs and align SAP solutions accordingly.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  SAP Certified Application Professional / SAP Solution Architect or equivalent.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

• Education:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in any of relevant domain.
