Job Description:
The SAP Data Lead will drive the data strategy governance migration and readiness activities for the S4HANA Greenfield implementation This includes coordinating across business units IT and external partners
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the data migration strategy using SAP tools eg Migration Cockpit Data Services
Lead data profiling cleansing enrichment and validation activities
Establish data governance framework and ownership model
Coordinate with site teams to assess legacy systems and data readiness
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements eg GxP GDPR
Support mock loads cutover planning and postgolive data stabilization
Collaborate with functional leads to align master and transactional data requirements
Required Skills Experience
3 to 5 years in SAP data management with at least 2 fullcycle S4HANA implementations
Handson experience with SAP MDG Data Services and LSMW
Strong understanding of data architecture quality and governance
Experience in medical devices or life sciences domain preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
