Role Overview: As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for integrating SAP CRM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party systems. Your main tasks will include designing and implementing workflows, actions, and business roles to ensure seamless integration across platforms. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting data migration, user training, and change management processes to facilitate a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement workflows, actions, and business roles for integrating SAP CRM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party systems. - Support data migration, user training, and change management processes to ensure a smooth transition during integration. - Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of integrated systems. - Identify and resolve issues that may arise during testing phases to ensure successful integration. - Provide ongoing support and enhancement of existing systems to meet evolving business requirements and ensure optimal performance. - Maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated systems through a proactive approach and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in integrating SAP CRM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party systems. - Strong knowledge of designing workflows, actions, and business roles in SAP CRM. - Experience in supporting data migration, user training, and change management processes. - Ability to participate in testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining system efficiency. - Any SAP certifications related to CRM integration would be an advantage.,
