Teamware Solutions is looking for a skilled SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to optimize our customer relationship management processes. This role involves working with relevant SAP CRM technologies, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to key business objectives by combining strong analytical and development capabilities within the SAP CRM domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Design:

  Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements related to Customer Relationship Management. Translate these into detailed functional specifications and technical designs within the SAP CRM landscape.

• Configuration & Customization:

  Configure SAP CRM modules to meet specific business needs. Perform customizations and enhancements using relevant SAP development tools (e.g., ABAP, Web UI, BOL/GENIL programming).

• Development:

  Develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW objects) within the SAP CRM system to extend standard functionalities and integrate with other systems.

• Implementation & Deployment:

  Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP CRM implementations, including system setup, data migration, integration testing, and deployment support.

• Troubleshooting & Support:

  Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues within the SAP CRM environment. Offer ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for existing functionalities.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

  Design test scenarios, create test cases, and conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of SAP CRM solutions.

• Documentation:

  Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and solution designs.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with business users, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• SAP CRM Expertise:

  Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAP CRM functionalities and architecture.

• Techno-Functional Skills:

  Proven ability to perform both functional configuration and technical development/customization within SAP CRM.

• Development Tools:

  Proficiency in ABAP programming and experience with SAP CRM Web UI development, BOL/GENIL programming.

• Module Knowledge:

  Familiarity with key SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, or Interaction Center.

• Integration:

  Understanding of integration points between SAP CRM and other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA) or external systems.

• Analysis & Problem Solving:

  Excellent analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions. Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. Ability to work collaboratively in a project-oriented environment.
