As a SAP C4C Functional Specialist at MKS, you will be responsible for leveraging your 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP Products, Technologies, and Modules, particularly focusing on SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP C/4 HANA Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud. Your expertise will be utilized in various areas including implementation, support, integration, designing, configuring, customizing, and testing C4C within SAP C4C. You have strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP C4C sales and service cloud, which includes mastery of master data, transactional data, workflow rules, business roles, page layout, custom fields, surveys, activity planner, reports, dashboards and mash-ups. The Identity and Access Management RBAC Analyst is responsible for the management, oversight, maintenance, testing, support and optimization of Synchronys identity governance and role based access control (RBAC). Synchrony leverages SailPoint Identity IQ to maintain Business Roles, IT Roles, entitlements and approval groups. This role will have the responsibility to ensure these roles and workgroups have complete and accurate information in accordance to regulatory and Synchrony standards. This role will be a critical member of Synchronys identity governance configuration management agile product team. Enforce RBAC policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational security policies and standards. Identify, test and remediate any roles and workgroups configured in Synchronys SailPoint IdentityIQ not appropriately configured to ensure effective access control across Synchrony systems. Provide support for RBAC-related inquiries, troubleshooting access issues, and performing role modifications as needed. Identify, develop, test and deploy updates to roles, entitlements and workgroups in accordance to Synchrony standards and procedures.
