This role will be a critical member of Synchronys identity governance configuration management agile product team. Identify, test and remediate any roles and workgroups configured in Synchronys SailPoint IdentityIQ not appropriately configured to ensure effective access control across Synchrony systems. Provide support for RBAC-related inquiries, troubleshooting access issues, and performing role modifications as needed. Identify, develop, test and deploy updates to roles, entitlements and workgroups in accordance to Synchrony standards and procedures.
