Position Summary As the Business Applications Manager (GCC India) at Sonny's Enterprises, you will be responsible for leading the India-based global capability center (GCC) team that supports enterprise applications, digital platforms, and business technology services. In this role, you will oversee both functional and technical delivery across various systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ecommerce, data analytics, and internal collaboration tools like SharePoint. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring system stability, driving enhancement initiatives, supporting global projects, and leading a diverse cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and technical staff.
