Position Summary The Business Applications Manager (GCC India) is responsible for leading the India-based global capability center (GCC) team supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, and business technology services. This role oversees functional and technical delivery across SAP, Salesforce, ecommerce, data analytics, and internal collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint). The Manager ensures systems stability, drives enhancement initiatives, supports global projects, and leads a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and technical staff.
