SAP CRM Consultant AMS ProjectLocation: BangaloreShift: Candidate must be comfortable working in shiftsProject Type: Application Management Services (AMS) Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Consultant to join our AMS project team supporting Applied Materials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service Contracts and Case Management, along with a strong understanding of integration points with ECC and middleware technologies. This role demands flexibility with shift timings and a proactive approach to issue resolution and support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support SAP CRM Service Contracts and Case Management modules.Handle Service Finance Integration and work with Middleware components.Provide support for ECC Customer Support (CS) functions including Serial Numbers, Equipment Master Data, BOM, and IBase.Ensure seamless integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC systems.Work with B2B EDI / ALE / IDoc interfaces for data exchange and troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation activities.Required SkillsProven experience in SAP CRM Service Contracts Management and Case Management (Mandatory).Exposure to Service Finance Integration and Middleware technologies.Working knowledge of ECC CS components: Serial Numbers, Equipment, BOM, IBase.Experience in SAP CRM ECC integration.Familiarity with B2B EDI / ALE / IDoc processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Additional RequirementsWillingness to work in rotational shifts.Prior experience in AMS support environments is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
