Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deliver HRIS support for India HR/Payroll operations, ensuring issue resolution and compliance alignment.
Collaborate with HR/Payroll teams to capture business needs and define system requirements.
Co-design scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with the HRIS team..
Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and system enhancements.
Drive change management, user training, and maximize Oracle HCM adoption.
Maintain integrations and stay current with Oracle HCM updates to optimize system performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 8+ years experience with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, PM, Absence, Time & Labor, and Payroll)
This is a techno-functional role (40-60%)
Should have excellent Communication and working with teams
Stakeholder or client management is must have
Must have experience with requirement gathering and configurations

This is a UK Shift role - 12 pm - 9 pm (Hybrid)
