SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/ABAP/etc. – depending on specialization).
• Support full-cycle SAP implementations, including design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, upgrades, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting

  with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in at least one SAP core module (FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/HCM/BW/ABAP).
• Good understanding of integration between SAP modules and other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in

  S/4HANA migration or implementation

  .
• Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
