Job Description

SAP C4C & CPI Consultant / Integration Specialist


Job Summary:

SAP C4C & CPI Consultant to design, implement and support integrated business processes across the SAP CX landscape


Work Mode: Remote


What You’ll Do:

SAP C4C Functional / Technical:

  • Configure

    SAP C4C modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) end-to-end.
  • Customize and extend

    C4C using Business Configuration, SDK (PDI) and extensibility features.

  • Build workflow rules, approval processes and business logic as per requirements.
  • Create

    UI enhancements, key user adaptations and reports.

  • Handle

    data migration, master data sync and cutover activities

    .
  • Provide support for incidents and enhancements (L1–L3).

SAP CPI / Cloud Integration:

  • Design and develop

    iFlows to connect C4C with S/4HANA, ECC and other applications.

  • Configure and troubleshoot adapters like

    SOAP, OData, REST, SFTP, HTTPS and SuccessFactors

    .
  • Ensure reliable message transformations and mapping between systems.
  • Monitor and optimize iFlow performance, message queues and error handling.
  • Implement security measures like

    OAuth2, user certificates and key stores

    .

Integration Landscape & Architecture:

  • Work with solution architects to define end-to-end integration designs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical design and mapping documents.
  • Support API Management and hybrid integrations on SAP BTP.
  • Participate in system upgrades, regression testing, and interface monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of

    hands-on experience in SAP C4C and CPI/Integration Suite.

  • Proven

    experience integrating C4C with S/4HANA or ECC.

  • Good understanding of

    integration patterns, SOAP/OData APIs and authentication methods

    .
  • Familiarity with

    SAP BTP, business partner management, sales orders, service tickets, leads, opportunities and quotes.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Groovy scripting experience in CPI.
  • Experience with Postman/API Hub for testing.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA Cloud integration tools and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
