Role Overview:

BTP Integration Specialist

The ideal candidate is a dedicated freelancer who can prioritize effectively, manage overlapping meetings, and provide full-time focus to project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain

  SAP S/4HANA

  communication arrangements and RFC destinations.
• Manage BTP subscriptions, destinations, and Cloud Connector connectivity.
• Define and administer roles, authorizations, and access controls within

  SAP BTP and S/4HANA

  .
• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori Launchpad (catalogs, groups, roles, spaces, pages).
• Troubleshoot and debug Fiori applications and services using SAP Gateway transactions (/IWFND/, /IWBEP/).
• Configure, monitor, and manage API Management within SAP BTP for secure and scalable integrations.
• Support OData service activation, configuration, and monitoring for application integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integrations across SAP and third-party solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for integration setups, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and authorization concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of proven experience in

  SAP BTP integration.

• Strong expertise in

  SAP S/4HANA integration

  (communication arrangements, RFC destinations).

• Hands-on experience with BTP

  subscriptions, destinations, and Cloud Connector.
• Solid understanding of roles and authorizations in SAP landscapes.
• Proficiency in Fiori Launchpad configuration and application troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with

  Fiori debugging and SAP Gateway tools (/IWFND/, /IWBEP/

  ).
• Experience in API Management on

  SAP BTP

  (configuration, security, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of OData services and

  SAP Fiori app

  troubleshooting.
• Excellent documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Preferred: Basic

  SAP UI5

  development knowledge.
• Advantage: Exposure to

  SAP BTP Cloud Integration (CPI/i Flows)

  .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in an agile, dynamic, and distributed environment.
