Duties & Responsibilities

SAP Basis Administration

 Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.

 Manage system copies, client administration, transport management, and

performance tuning.

 Monitor SAP systems (ABAP/JAVA stack, HANA, S/4HANA) for availability,

performance, and reliability.

 Manage database administration (HANA, Oracle, MS SQL) including backup/recovery

strategies.

 Ensure high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) setup.

 Design, build, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations (ECC, S/4HANA,

Fiori).

 Manage user administration across SAP landscapes.

 Work with business stakeholders to resolve authorization and access issues.

 Integrate on-premise SAP systems with BTP using SAP Cloud Connector and

SAP CPI.

 Support development and deployment of BTP-based applications/extensions.

 Optimize cost, performance, and monitoring of BTP services.

Experience

 Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis & Security.

 Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA, and

Fiori administration.

 At least 2 years of working experience on SAP BTP (integration, extensions,

administration).

 Good understanding of cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS).

 Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
