We’re looking for skilled SAP Ariba Consultants with proven Application Support experience in:

Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying Invoicing

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Core Responsibilities (All Levels):

Provide functional and technical support for SAP Ariba modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing.

Collaborate with business users to understand and address operational needs.

Perform configuration, testing, and documentation of Ariba processes.

Ensure system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.

👥 Team Leader Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Ariba consultants.

Manage escalations and ensure SLA adherence.

Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.

🧠 Senior Specialist Responsibilities:

Act as SME for one or more Ariba modules.

Handle complex support issues and change requests.

Support integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and third-party systems.

Contribute to solution design and enhancement planning.

🔧 Specialist Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day support tickets and user queries.

Assist in testing and deployment of updates and enhancements.

Maintain user guides and training documentation.

Participate in knowledge-sharing and team collaboration.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba Application Support experience.

Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying, and Invoicing.

Experience with incident management, configuration, and change requests.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

SAP Ariba certification(s).

Experience in leading support teams or projects.

Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration.
