Job Description

Role Overview: As the GDS SAP Alliance Partner Programs Lead Associate Director at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the EY-SAP Alliance relationship and operating model. Your main responsibilities will include driving collaboration between EY and SAP, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment across multiple EY Service Lines, Functions, and Geographies. You will establish and maintain globally consistent processes, tools, and governance to facilitate effective partnership and mitigate risks associated with the alliance. Key Responsibilities: - Own EY's SAP Alliance Partner Programs, driving adoption and socialization of Partner Programs and roadmap with key stakeholders. - Support the launch of new programs, incentives, and related governance, developing and executing an operating model to achieve high-impact business results. - Coordinate with the Global Ecosystem Investments and Resale teams to actively track and enhance KPIs and report on success metrics of partner programs and incentive programs. - Support in creating/updating program guides, incentive guides, and other program documentation as needed. - Address internal and external program inquiries and drive adoption and escalation support from various stakeholders. - Collaborate with the SAP Operations Coordinators on managing sales opportunities, including pipeline, forecasting, customer wins, and revenue generated through partnerships. - Leverage the broader partner ecosystem at EY and collaborate across Alliances to share best practices, transformation, and innovation. - Manage the broader GDS team supporting the SAP Alliance and related activities. Qualifications Required: - MBA or equivalent degree - University Graduation - 16+ years of work experience - Deep knowledge of SAP's business, Go-to-Market motions, Partner Programs, and technologies - Extensive experience managing complex partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies - Strong English speaking and negotiation skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI skills being an added advantage - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and research capabilities - Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - Experience working across multiple geographies with a global mindset - Good project management skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders About the Company: At EY, you'll have the opportunity to build a career in a supportive and inclusive culture that values your unique voice and perspective.
