Position Summary

SAP ABAP Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain

  ABAP programs, function modules, reports, workflows, and interfaces

  supporting SAP PS and IM.
• Build and optimize custom solutions for

  WBS elements, networks, budgeting, settlements, appropriations, and capital investment processes

  .
• Work closely with PS/IM functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support integrations with external systems using

  BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and OData services

  .
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Provide technical support during testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and production deployment.
• Deliver clear technical documentation and maintain development logs.
• Collaborate with global teams while operating during

  US business hours

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  SAP Project System (PS)

  and

  Investment Management (IM)

  .
• Strong understanding of PS objects (WBS, Networks, Activities, Settlements, Budgets).
• Experience supporting

  capital investment, appropriation request, AUC, and asset budgeting

  processes.
• Solid grasp of integration points between PS, IM, FI/CO, and MM.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, US-hours environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in S/4HANA environments.
• Functional knowledge of PS/IM configuration concepts.
• Prior experience in global project support.
