Job Description

Title: SAP Account Manager

Location: Chennai, Onsite

Duration: Fulltime

Role Overview:

Sales Director – SAP

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new enterprise-level sales of SAP consulting, implementation, and staffing services
Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate and grow key SAP accounts
Engage directly with CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement, and SAP Program Managers
Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to shape customized SAP solutions
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Represent the company at SAP and industry events

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in selling SAP services or SAP staffing to enterprise clients
Strong network within the SAP ecosystem and demonstrated ability to open doors at large accounts
Experience working in a high-growth consulting or systems integration environment
Excellent understanding of SAP product portfolio (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, GRC, etc.)
Strong executive presence with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
