Job Description

Lead strategic client relationships and SAP solution delivery in the KSA/ME region. Drive business growth by leveraging SAP's next-generation offerings while ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibility:

  • category: Account Management (70%)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic SAP clients in the KSA/ME region, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
  • Oversee SAP project delivery across all phases (strategy, implementation, support) to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to address client pain points and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and drive renewals with a focus on value-driven results.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the KSA/ME region to expand the SAP portfolio.
  • Position next-level SAP offerings (e.g., RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP, analytics, and AI-based solutions) to clients.
  • Develop proposals and lead strategic conversations to align SAP solutions with client business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal sales, presales, and delivery teams to craft value-driven proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Leverage existing ecosystem partners and forge new strategic alliances to enhance service offerings and market reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
  • 12-15+ years of SAP experience, including implementation, solution management, and delivery.
  • At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in the Middle East, particularly in KSA.
  • Proven track record of account management and managing multi-million-dollar SAP accounts.
  • Experience working with Tier 1/2 IT Consulting firms in SAP roles.
  • Strong familiarity with next-generation SAP offerings (e.g., RISE with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and their business applications.
  • Strategic account management and client engagement skills.
  • Expertise in SAP's product suite and emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business landscapes in the KSA/ME region.
  • Proven ability to generate business growth and foster client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
